By using our website/app, you consent to the practices described in this policy. ## Information We Collect ### Personal Information * **Name:** We may collect your full name if provided voluntarily. * **Email Address:** We may collect your email address for communication purposes. * **Phone Number:** We may collect your phone number if necessary for the services we provide. * **Billing Information:** If you make purchases on our website/app, we may collect payment information, such as credit card details. ### Non-Personal Information * **Log Data:** We collect log information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and usage data when you visit our website/app. * **Cookies:** We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your user experience and gather information about your interactions with our website/app. ### AI Features (Chat, Image, and Video); Device Permissions; Inputs/Outputs; Saved Memories and Chat History; Third-Party Providers Opsbliss offers AI features, including AI chat, image, and video components. These AI features may include text-to-image, text-to-video, image-to-image, and image-to-video capabilities. **Device permissions.** When you use these AI features, Opsbliss may request access (with your permission) to your device’s microphone, camera, and/or photos/photo library to enable voice dictation, capturing media, and uploading content into the application. You can control or revoke these permissions at any time through your device or browser settings; disabling permissions may limit feature availability. **Information and content you provide.** In connection with the AI features, we may collect and store information and content you choose to provide, including: * **Text prompts and messages** you submit to the AI features; * **Audio** (e.g., voice dictation) if you enable microphone access; * **Images/photos** you upload or select from your device if you enable photo library access; * **Video** you upload or capture if you enable camera access; and * **AI outputs** generated in response to your inputs. **Chat History and Saved Memories.** Opsbliss stores AI interactions (including prompts, uploads, and outputs) in your Chat History so you can access and manage prior activity. You may also optionally enable Saved Memories to store certain information for future AI interactions. You can delete your Chat History within the application. **No training setting.** If you turn Saved Memories and Chat History off (“no training”), Opsbliss will not use content from those AI sessions to train or improve Opsbliss AI features. **Third-party AI providers.** To provide the AI features, Opsbliss may share your prompts and any content you upload (such as images, audio, or video) with third-party service providers that process requests on our behalf. These providers may include OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), Stability AI, ElevenLabs, Cohere, xAI (Grok), Perplexity, Luma, FalAI, and others depending on the model or feature selected. **Consent for AI data processing.** Before using AI features for the first time, you will be presented with a disclosure explaining that your input is sent to third-party AI providers. You must acknowledge and agree to this data sharing before AI features become available. You may review this disclosure at any time in your account settings. **What data is sent to AI providers.** Your text prompts, uploaded images, documents, audio recordings, and video are sent to the selected AI provider to generate responses. We also send a pseudonymous user identifier for rate limiting and safety purposes. Your name, email address, billing information, and account credentials are never shared with AI providers. **How AI providers use your data.** Each provider processes data under their own privacy policy and terms of service. We contractually require that providers process your data only as needed to generate responses. We encourage you to review each provider's privacy policy for details on their data retention and usage practices. ### Google Workspace Integration Opsbliss offers an optional Google Workspace integration that allows you to create Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides directly from the Opsbliss chat interface. This integration requires your explicit consent through Google's OAuth authorization flow. **What Google data we access.** When you connect your Google account, Opsbliss requests access to the following Google API scopes: * **Google Docs API** (docs.googleapis.com/auth/documents): To create and populate Google Docs on your behalf. * **Google Sheets API** (spreadsheets.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets): To create and populate Google Sheets on your behalf. * **Google Slides API** (presentations.googleapis.com/auth/presentations): To create and populate Google Slides presentations on your behalf. * **Google Drive API** (drive.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file): To save created files to your Google Drive. This scope is limited to files created by Opsbliss only — we cannot access or read any other files in your Drive. **How we use Google data.** We use these scopes solely to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in your Google Drive when you request file creation through the Opsbliss chat. We do not read, modify, or delete any existing files in your Google account. We do not access your Google contacts, email, calendar, or any other Google services. **What we store.** When you connect your Google account, we store an encrypted OAuth access token and refresh token to maintain your connection. We also store your Google email address for display purposes in your account settings. Tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. We do not store the contents of any Google files created through the integration. **How we share Google data.** We do not transfer, sell, or share your Google user data with any third parties. Your Google OAuth tokens are used exclusively to communicate with Google's APIs on your behalf. We do not use Google data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than creating files at your request. **Disconnecting.** You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your Account Settings. Disconnecting revokes the OAuth token and deletes all stored Google credentials from our system.
