By accessing or using Opsbliss, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use Opsbliss. ## Use of Service 1. **User Accounts:** If you create an account on Opsbliss, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities occurring under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 2. **Age Restriction:** Opsbliss is intended for users who are at least 14 years old. By using Opsbliss, you affirm that you are 14 years of age or older. If you are under 14, please do not use our services. 3. **Content:** You agree not to use Opsbliss for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or to post any content that violates these Terms or any applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the content you post on Opsbliss. 4. **Prohibited Activities:** You are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities: * Violating any applicable laws or regulations. * Impersonating any person or entity. * Using any automated system, including "bots," to access or interact with Opsbliss. * Attempting to access or disrupt the security of Opsbliss or any associated systems. ## AI Features and Third-Party Services 1. **AI-Powered Features:** Opsbliss provides AI-powered features including chat, text generation, image generation, voice synthesis, code completion, video generation, and other capabilities. These features are powered by third-party AI service providers. 2. **Third-Party Processing:** When you use AI features, your input — including text, images, audio, video, and documents — is sent to third-party AI providers for processing. By using these features, you acknowledge and consent to this data sharing as described in our Privacy Policy. 3. **AI Output Accuracy:** AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated output before relying on it. Opsbliss does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content. 4. **Acceptable Use of AI Features:** You agree not to use AI features to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or that violates any applicable laws or the rights of others. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content. 5. **In-App Purchases (iOS):** If you access Opsbliss through our iOS application, subscriptions and purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID settings. ## Intellectual Property 1. **Ownership:** All content and materials available on Opsbliss, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Opsbliss and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. 2. **License:** You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Opsbliss for personal or non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on Opsbliss without explicit permission. ## Limitation of Liability 1. **No Warranty:** Opsbliss is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of Opsbliss or its content. 2. **Limitation of Liability:** In no event shall Opsbliss be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of or related to your use of Opsbliss. ## Changes to Terms Opsbliss reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on Opsbliss, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
